After graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Political Science and Economics degree in 2006 Dave entered into the financial industry with Prizm Financial, and has assumed the title; "Director of Business Development". Dave has a passion for the job because he enjoys building new relationships, and further developing those that already exist.If he is not working, he can be found on the ocean, on the green, or in the garden. He is a loving husband, father and son.

Mike graduated from Lake Superior State University with a BSc Business Administration; Marketing and Finance. After working with London Life Insurance Company for 25 years, Mike founded Prizm Financial Inc. in 1998. Prizm Financial Inc. is now in its 20th year of operation as advisors for employee benefits products and individual financial planning.
If Mike is not working, he can be found on the Pacific Ocean, on the golf green or with his three wonderful grandsons.Lauren Dennis

Lauren graduated from University of Lethbridge in 2009 with a Bachelor of Management degree in Economics and began her career in an administrative role at Prizm Financial shortly after in 2010. After learning more about the industry and working closely with Mike Clarke she moved in to a client service role. She really enjoys building relationships with our client's and making sure they receive the best service possible.She is currently at home adjusting to new role as a mom, but she can't wait to get back in the office to serve our clients.Norah Luciani

Alvin is a graduate from Royal Roads University in Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He joined the business development team at Prizm Financial in 2013 focusing on employee benefits. Prior to this Alvin worked in the Investment and Financial Services industry for 6 years. In his spare time Alvin enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, and riding motorcycles.Ashley Evans

Ashley is a born and raised island girl. She graduated in 2012 from the Applied Business Technology program at North Island College in Campbell River, BC, and decided to apply at Prizm Financial where she has been in a customer service role for the last 5 years. She has come to love her position at work because she gets to interact with our customers on a day to day basis and has formed some very special relationships – some of which have been life changing. If she is not working, she can most likely be found in Las Vegas with her husband!Karina Bazan

Karina joined Prizm Financial Inc. in 2015 to provide administrative support to our Executive team. She brings with her years of administrative experience, previously Karina assisted the Executive team at EOG Resources Inc. Canada Division. Karina is passionate about her work and role within the company and has enjoyed the culture at Prizm Financial Inc.

Manager of Large Group Insurance Product and Pricing
Ken has been in the large group insurance industry for 37 years having spent 35 years with London Life/Great West Life Group of organizations. Over his career he took on Group Sales Manager roles with ever increasing responsibility. Ken first worked in the field for ten years, then went to lead up the local sales office. He returned to Great-West Life National group insurance accounts in 1992 for 5 years responsible for accounts over 400 employees. He returned to Kitchener in 1997 for the next 14 years building a block of accounts ranging from 36 lives to 5,000. Ken joined Prizm Financial in January 2011 as Manager of Group Insurance Product and Pricing.
